V Foundation
The V Foundation for Cancer Research is a prominent nonprofit dedicated to funding groundbreaking cancer research and providing resources to accelerate cures. While working at Zoo Digital I was tasked with Improving how users find and discover content on The site, improving the donation and other key flows and completely redesigning the site and creating a new digital design system. The old site was failing to reach its funding goals and the engagement levels across the site were failing. We worked closely with the internal stakeholders in order to focus the content and site structure to better align with the foundation goals.
Ideation
Through user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, we gathered insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Competitive analysis helped identify industry best practices. I created wireframes test and refine concepts, using an iterative approach to improve usability. All based around stakeholder workshops identifying the key goals of the website, creating a user friendly site structure.
Design
Once we had created the site structure, we worked with the brand team to create visually engaging user interface designs to showcase and frame the foundation’s key messaging and highlight the main user flows.
